How to take Ylang Ylang Extra Essential Oil?

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 6 drops – 240 mg.
Scent suggestion: AEQT Ylang ylang – 2 ml + AEQT Cedar or Ho stick – 1 ml + 100 ml of 70° alcohol.
30 drops of AEQT Ylang ylang added to 1 liter of furniture wax will delicately perfume your home.
