How to take Yovis probiotics?

It is recommended to take 1 orodispersible sachet a day, without water, preferably outside of meals, pouring the contents directly into the mouth. Take it for 10 days.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.
