How to take Echinaforce family?

It is advisable to let the tablets melt in the mouth or take them with a little water, preferably before a meal.

Adults (12 years old): 2 tablets 3 to 5 times a day.

Children from 4 to 12 years old: 1 tablet 3 to 5 times a day.

Children from 3 to 4 years old: 1 tablet 2 to 3 times a day

Precautions
