How to take Geranium Essence Bio?

It is recommended to take 1 drop of essential oil 1 to 3 times a day mixed in a teaspoon of olive oil, honey, cane sugar, or on a specific neutral tablet. (1 ml of geranium essential oil contains 20 drops). Traditionally, this product has been used cosmetically by dissolving it in a carrier vegetable oil.
