How to take Epakur Digestiv?

We recommend taking 1 cup of herbal tea twice a day after main meals. To prepare the infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 200 ml) on the filter, being careful to cover it to avoid the dispersion of the most volatile aromatic substances. Leave to infuse for a few minutes. It is not necessary to add sugar, as the particular formulation makes the infusion pleasant; if necessary, the use of honey is recommended.
