How to take Lacto intollerance flower?

One capsule twice a day. Take one capsule with a glass of water, shortly before each meal containing milk, dairy products or other foods containing lactose.

Chev.) C.F.Liang & A.R.Ferguson – fruit), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), Lactobacillus acidophilus DSM 24936, Bifidobacterium longum DSM 25174, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

Amount provided per daily dose (2 capsules provide): Lactase (beta-galactosidase) 90 mg (enzyme activity 9,000 FCC ALU), Fennel dry extract 143 mg, Green anise dry extract 100 mg, Angelica dry extract 100 mg, Kiwi dry extract 50 mg, Bifidobacterium longum DSM 25174 1×10 CFU (1 billion), Lactobacillus acidophilus DSM 24936 1×10 CFU (1 billion).
