How to take Liponatur® red yeast rice?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, with a little water.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult your doctor if you are taking medication. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age. Consult your doctor about the use of this product in case of health problems. It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications or with other products containing ingredients from fermented red rice. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 3 mg of monacolins from fermented red rice. Not recommended for diabetics, people with liver or heart problems or taking medication. Not recommended in cases of allergies, particularly to plants of the Asteraceae family. Recommended only for adults.

Composition of Liponatur® red yeast rice

Barberry dry extract (Berberis vulgaris, root); coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; olive dry extract (Olea europaea, leaves); milk thistle dry extract (Silybum marianum L., Gaertn, seeds) 80% silymarin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; DL-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E); monacolins from fermented red rice (Monascus purpureus); nicotinamide (niacin-vitamin B3); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; coenzyme Q10 ubiquinone; sugarcane stem juice dry extract 10% octacosanol (Saccharum Officinarum L., stem); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1); chromium picolinate and pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
