How to take Mountain savory essential oil bio?

It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 drops of mountain savory essential oil 3 times a day (i.e. 0.2 ml) on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar). Equivalence: 1ml = 30 drops.
