Possible uses:

• Oral route (++++)
• Cutaneous route (++++)
• Atmospheric diffusion (+)
• Inhalation aerosol (-)

Recommended dosage:

• Oral use: 2 drops 3 or 4 times a day mixed with honey, olive oil or cane sugar. Place it under the tongue for digestive and urinary problems.
• External use: local application. 3 or 4 drops 3 times a day for any type of pain. Dilute the essential oil to apply it to larger areas or apply it repeatedly.
