How Extra Strength differs from regular Curamin

Why this combination

BCM-95® curcumin was developed because plain curcumin from turmeric is famously poorly absorbed. Pairing it with turmeric essential oil increases blood retention compared to standard curcumin or plain turmeric powder. BOS-10® boswellia is a separate ingredient that supports joint comfort and mobility.* DLPA is included for comfort perception, and nattokinase rounds out the formula on the circulation side. How to take it, and when to expect anything

Take three tablets daily, either all at once or one tablet three times a day, whichever fits your schedule.
