Suggested use:

Fill a shaker with 200 ml of water, add one serving (75 g), shake vigorously for one minute,

fill the shaker with water to approx. 750 ml. The ready-to-drink product should be consumed within 8 hours. Do not boil.

As an energy drink, supplementing carbohydrates before and during training/competition, it is recommended to consume 1-2 servings of VITARGO CARBOLOADER two to three days before competition.
